If this report is true then the NDC leadership has to do something about it,we can't live in a country where some party activists have to decide who hold this or that position.
If these so called foot soldiers can be dictating who becomes heads of our health institutions they will soon be dictating who become heads of our schools or who work in our health and our educational institutions,we cannot continue on this path allowing political activists to dictate who work in our institutions,it is very bad,we need to stand firm to do what is right in the country or risk having these so called foot soldiers decide who lives in certain parts of the country.

This is part of the broken system we have in the country where some illiterates will now have to decide where professionals have to work,it is a recipe for disaster.

With all the free education on tax payers money these guys northern areas are still not place with human ethics and civility. In fact sometimes cows are even better behaved and trained dogs are better cultured.

It is my wish every civil servant is posted to these northern areas to really understand how difficult they are to even understand the simplest logic issues.

The typical exhibition is their kinsman, Ayariga, a minister of state publicly exposing his abusive stupidity and shamelessly coming out to defend such disgustingly unethical behaviour.

As far as i know Dr Kofi Issah, though hailing from the Upper East Region has served almost his entire career in the NORTHERN Region and travelled and worked in all parts of the region. Apart from his extra qualifications and undoubted qualities as a leader, he probably knows the Northern more than most of his peers working there. His commitment to the calling is also without a shadow of a doubt if you ask me.

I'm afraid this is more than an "NDC foot soldier" issue as reported by the Daily Guide. Why don't we call a spade a spade shall we? Could it be because the 'locally favoured candidate' happens to be from the Northern region or a local favourite of some sort?
