THE GOV'T ENCOURAGES INDIVIDUALS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF GRANTS/LOANS FROM LOCAL COUNCILS TO INSTAL SOLAR ENERGY.
  JUST HOW MUCH WILL IT COST FOR A 3 OR 4 BED ROOM HOUSE IN ACCRA, KUMASI OR TAKORADI?
