The man is lying. In SA you have to go to the VAT office either at the airport or in Rosebank to file for VAT returns. It has nothing to do with connectivity. Kurasini, a birim n'eni so.

My brother, why so much haste to abuse and insult? You see you've betrayed your own ignorance? Vat refunds can be claimed at so many vat refund points in sa, including sandton. Not only at airports or rosebank!
