  How can the board chairman justify the 31,200.00 ghc salary of the chief executive.Is it enough to relate the pay to other players in the industry?The chairman could have provided the financial performance of the company to the public to give us a better appreciation of the justification.Is the company financially strong like the others and which are the targets set for the CEO to warrant the amount.This is outrageous.
