    If a snake wanders into your backyard, do you apply the humane clause before you butcher it to death or you have a double standard with regard to a good animal and a bad one?

    This is a typical case of neglect of respect of rules especially for animals. Ghana needs to strengthen its Veterinary services. Delibrate attempt to destroy the service in the past 20 years.

    The best solution is to build the slaughter houses nearer to the ranches or cattle pens and only transport the carcases to the markets or retail outlets in refrigerated vehicles! After all this is the 21st century!!
