Who partitioned Africa and called some place Nigeria etc.? Until we get rid of this colonial and neo-colonial mentality of defending the imaginary boundaries drawn up by the colonial "masters" during the scramble for Africa in the 19th Century, Africa and its people will continue to languish in the poor conditions in which they find themselves.
