    Just a waste of time and money. They just meet to socialize and compare notes on avenues to steal from their citizens, then go back home. That is all!

    I hope John Mahama would learn something from this Cape Verde President,who has turned his country around just like Botswana & Mauritius.Mind you Cape Verde has got no natural resources just an island.
