That presumes they have anything in their heads!

The article mentioned we already have a refinery owned by Ghanaians. Why not invest in that refinery rather than setting up another CLS gig?

Personally, Samuel Obiri's argument is very weak because he has failed to bring out other more important factors to justify siting the gold refinery in the western region and not within the airport enclave.

When locating economic activity like this you have think about the bulkiness of the raw material and the finish product. If the raw material is bulky then the finish product as it the case in this situation site the refinery ...

If the raw material is bulky then the finish product as it the case in this situation site the refinery at Tarkwa the source of the raw material. Nkruamah built one over which has not been used since, the land is there go use it. Everything Accra, Accra, Accra. There is the reason everybody is moving to Accra. Sooner we will be like Liberia everybody will come and live in Accra.

The only reason they are siting the refinery near the Airport is bcos they can steal the final product quicker. Just from the refinery to plane somebody sees them. Locate the product in Tarkwa to distribute economic opportuni ...

I think, the government have reasons why he want to establish such refinery in Accra, especially airport area. I for one thing, it's not a good ideal, refineries shouldn't be built in congested areas, they are supposed to be ...

I think, the government have reasons why he want to establish such refinery in Accra, especially airport area. I for one thing, it's not a good ideal, refineries shouldn't be built in congested areas, they are supposed to be built at areas that needs developments. However, if the government feels having there is the best for the country, they should go ahead, but they have to look at the long run effect on the people and the environment.
