Your insinuation that criminals are able to bribe their way out of jail sentences then threaten court witnesses is just not true and actually nonsense. I will challenge you to name one convicted criminal who bribed his way out of a sentence.The fact is that our system is very unreliable which allow judges and Prosecutors to act like mini gods.Without sentencing guidelines punishments for offenses usually do not match the crime and usually influenced by lack of proper defense and or public opinion. None of which is right but to assert that judges are taking bribes to let criminals walk free without giving any proof is rather immature.

The law says he is pressumed innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt in a court of law.So far they are making a mess of the case.If I were a judge or juror I couldn't possibly convict this man based on the unreliable hearsay accounts and nonexistent physical evidence.We need to upgrade our judicial system.It won't take any more money to do so but just good old management and professional accountability.If Prosecutors are allowed to continue to show up in court unprepared and fumble their way through their cases by relying on the biases of public opinion then we might as well forgo the pretenses and just dole out sentences at alleged offenders. THING MUST BE CHANGE BEFORE IT IS CHANGE FOR US BY EXTERNAL FORCES.

Police men have joined Taxi drivers to rob at midnight.
In the 70s in front of my baby eyes there used to be a very smart and intelligent Police office from Police Deport who used to guard a Minister of state. He was also fond of playing with kids.
One night as he was on duty officially ledt his post joined a Taxi and travelled from Accra to Winneba that faithful night to cover for armed robbers leaving the Minister's night guard duty.
Some have joined Taxis as guards to steal goat from farmer. The stolen goat is big business used by certain chop bars in tge capital of Accra.
In that robbery case this policeman was overpowered and his gang were all killed in the robbery which rivited in the morning newspapers of the Daily Graphic until today it was a shock for all growing up.
In order not to judge but Kombian after breaking jail, his attitude and demeanor all reminds me of this above incident.
Sorry to recall the episode but all these people can testify against the guy whfy waste the time.
To even kie he was in Togo is to tell it all....

A robber enters a house, ransacks the whole house, rapes the wife of the man, kills the man and absconds. He is later arrested and we say this person has the right to live. Somebody should answer why you think it is not right for this man to go go sameway as spelt out in the Islamic law(Sharia)? It is simple.
