Among de three revnue organizations dat where merge together customs is de most unfair n vindictive organization whn it cums to promotions bcus I was an ex officer of dat organization especially de snr officials dey are de most wicked n reckless people one can ever think of dey victimized those dey viewed nt to like n dey gonna do wat ever it takes to put u into trouble just to get ride of u dat is why many of them are suffering for their promotions due to their past deed may dey neva know peace for de rest of their carreas

why shld i render 27 uninterrupted years in the defunct CEPS now merged with VAT & IRS to still be languishing in the junior ranks while my colleagues in the other organization are 2 steps ahead of me .since the year began my moral has been the lowest and it is affecting my work rate work

I am very surprised at the attitude of the worker paid with taxpayers money. Every organization worth its sort has laid down promotion guidelines which include some form of appraisal. It is only the cream that gets promoted to lead if an organization wants to remain competetive. Being in an organization for long should never be the sole or primary basis for promotion. Quality must drive every organization to succeed and the cream must always be encouraged to move the organization forward. If you do not want to work hard and be part of the cream, then you do not want to be part of any public organization. The best place for you will be your own organization where you can do whatever you want! If however some mediocre staff have been promoted over the cream then I have an issue with Mr Blankson and his team. For those left unpromoted, I strongly advise them to even work harder and study harder for the next opportunity instead of throw their hands in the air in despair. I am sure most of us learnt in primary school many years back .. If at first you dont succeed, try again ..... if you persevere with the right attitude and mentality you will success!

HOW CAN ONE PAY COMPLEMENT TO SOMEONE (JNR) THAT HE WAS AHEAD OFF, PASS BOTH INTERVIEW AND EXAM BUT IS BEEN DENIED HIS PROMOTION? THIS WILL NOT HELP IN REVENUE COLLECTION.
