Mr. Mahama is not interested in priorities; he is interested in prestigious signature projects that would deceive gullible voters, regardless of whether they are viable or not. Does the NDC government think, despite the massive corruption, they can borrow recklessly and spend their way foolishly into another mandate in 2016, when the nation is over burdened with HIPC and workers wallowing in hunger and over taxed?

Governance under the NDC government is all about deceit and 'opium of the people'. They enjoy everything under the sun but ask us to wait for our basic needs in heaven. And as they ask us to tighten our belts for future betterment, they're loosening theirs for immediate consumption. They didn't even respect our intelligence when they said we should wait for a paradise in three years. The truth is that, everything they promise is a mirage and we will never find comfort under them because; they are con-men with con plans.

The only thing our President thinks about is how to stay in power,that is why he only talks about what they achieved,but anybody living in Ghana knows all is not well.Yes,water is flowing at Madina and Adenta but not in people's home rather into the gutters,because all the pipelines are so old it couldn't carry the water,after lying idle for about thirty years.And nobody seems to address this issue,yet our President is going around telling anybody who will listen that we have achieved self sufficiency in water.Ask the people at Madina and Adenta.The water we are getting is just wasting in the gutters.Mahama should work more and do less talking,after all good products sell on their own.

The 7th goal of the MDG's is to halve the proportion of people who are unable to reach or afford safe drinking water and who lack basic sanitation.
Today the NDC gov't led by John Mahama is saying that under his stewardship Ghana has achieved the MDG for clean water supply, which is to say, that the first premise of the 7th MDG goal which is to halve the proportion of people who are unable to reach or afford safe drinking water has been achieved.
Does the evidence on the ground in Ghana, support the position that, of the estimated 25million people in the country from to North to the South, East to the West and anything in between, about 12.5million Ghanaian citizens scattered across the length and breadth of the country, have access to safe drinking water or can afford safe drinking water?
Do 12.5million people in Ghana have access, can reach or can afford clean, safe drinking water which the MDG 7 seeks to address? Where is the data points, the facts to support this position?

Safety water for human beings should have been something normal in Africa.
Why is the president thinking his government has done something unique for the nation?
That should have been there since time immemorial,for the nation.
IF GALAMSEY COULD BEEN CONTROLLED,I THINK GHANAIANS WOULD HAVE BEEN ENJOYING CLEAN WATER.
Water being a prime necessity of life,should be presentable(well purified) before drinking but not dirty,like it has been for our rural dwellers.
