Thanks Dr. Duffour. The blame game and trading of accusations and counter claims has been the bane of people entrusted to lead this nation, our MPs, public officials and the press high on the list. Instead of collaborative brainstorming solutions, these people will rather resort to " they did this, they do that, all in the interest cheap political goal scoring. The nation cannot thrive in this direction. Thanks again Dr. Duffour for your candid advise.

If President Mahama is still in Germany meeting with German businesses to encourage them to come and invest in Ghana, he should seriously talk to the German and World software giant, SAP AG. Their software is used by most businesses and the public sectors around the world for their financial management including payroll. Investment in this software which has tight in-built control will help the country to fight the unnecessary corruption such as the bloated payroll, dubious procurement etc. and more facing the country.

Dr Duffuor you know better or I must tell you that there is no software that will clean a corrupted software like Ghana's payroll which may not even be computerized but very rudimentary.
It is not like an antivirus or antimalware, a worm or anything like that.
In short the problem is not electronic but mechanically induced and you know that.
