  Some people have had this problem from independence. How Ghana is presently constituted or governed must change.

  As an authority on good corporate governance, this HFC board must be dissolved forthwith!!! It is wrong for Asare-Akuffo to spearhead such calumny and still keep his seat both as a CEO and board member. SSNIT is right to fire ...

  As an authority on good corporate governance, this HFC board must be dissolved forthwith!!! It is wrong for Asare-Akuffo to spearhead such calumny and still keep his seat both as a CEO and board member. SSNIT is right to fire them and reconstitute a new board. The CEO if he had any scruples will resign with the SEC verdict.

  The decision was made before the process started. Republic Bank is supported by both the government of Trinidad and Tobago and Ghana. HFC Bank you are on your own. Ghana is doomed.
