  Why we need video replay in major tournaments. That wasn't a penalty. There should be another referee near the posts to determine such fouls close to the 18 becos the lineament can't see clearly from afar. The cape verde player faked the foul. There was no contact whatsoever and the fake foul wasn't even know the box,.but outside. I hope the referee gets reprimanded
