People blame president Mahama because he has appointed lazy and incompetent officials to man our national institutions. The buck stop with him, therefore, the blame will always rest with him too.

Those who appoint this boys as ministers are to blame for not making sure that those they appoint are sensible and not 'CHEW AND POUR GRADUATES' who cannot apply anything they have learnt in school to real life situations.
