  The MD has put in a caveat, "no serviceable bus is missing." All along he said no bus was missing, then he throws in "no serviceable bus is missing." The implication is that some serviceable buses may be missing, and in Ghana a serviceable bus can be declared unserviceable and sold as scrap metals. However, the new owner will just put in one or two parts and you'll see it on the road.

  If you are serious about reforming the justice system in Ghana, then you should start with the judiciary. When you have Atuguba presiding over a landmark case in which his nephew is a principal adviser to the principal defendant Mahama and there is ex parte communication between him and his nephew during the proceedings, how could you claim we have a fair justice system in Ghana. Let's face the truth: what we have in Ghana is paid justice. If you have enough money to pay the judge, prosecutor and the investigator, you can get off with murder or blatantly stolen elections.
