  The priest asks, "Is that you, little Micheal Mensah?"
  
  "'Yes, Father, it is."
  
  "And who was the girl you were with?"
  
  "I can't tell you, Father. I don't want to ruin her reputation."
  
  "Well, Mensah, I'm sure to find out her name sooner or later so you may as well tell me now. Was it Tina Frimpong?"
  
  "I cannot say."
  
  "Was it Victoria Hammah?"
  
  "I'll never tell."
  
  "Was it Theresa Adjepong?"
  
  "I'm sorry, but I cannot name her."
  
  "Was it Cathy Wontumi?"
  
  "My lips are sealed."
  "Was it Rosa Vanderpije, then?"
  
  "Please, Father, I cannot tell you."
  
  The priest sighs in frustration. "You're very tight lipped, and I admire that. But you've sinned and have to atone. You cannot be an altar boy now for 4 months. Now you go and behave yourself."
  Mensah walks back to his pew, and his friend Franco slides over and whispers, "What'd you get?"

  If the government can attempt to find solutions to these 3 issues. Things will be better. Instead, they borrow the funds and steal. Jail or even death is a must!

  Every economist, African leader, finance minister must read this book!
  Book: "why nations fail": an abundance of natural resources is a national curse!
  These nations with natural resource wealth on average have worse financial economies than nations who don't. Why you ask? Weak institutions, corruption, bad governors, managers!

  What is "Dutch Disease"?
  1. 30% of proceeds from oil, gold, diamonds, cocoa revenues etc should be deposited yearly in a Ghana Sovereign Wealth Fund account, a national 401k. This money will never be touched by any govt, period! This money will be invested all over the world in socially constructive projects. Projects to be excluded can include chemical nuclear projects, environmentally disastrous projects, product based exclusions like tobacco, walmart(human rights abuses) will all be excluded. The ROI from this fund will be used to supplement infrastructure projects, free education etc...
  2. A National Gas/oil Tax: Revenue on all consumer gas sales, tolls, solar, wind energy sales will be deposited yearly in a federally administered Highway Trust Fund to fund new and refurbishing federal roads and transportation initiatives. List this fund on the gstockx or in a mutual fund/bond.

  Please,encourage businessmen and women to go into processing of our raw materials rather than entering the others we have.
  RAW MATERIAL EXPORTS HAVE NOT HELPED US ALL THAT MUCH.
  Imagine the number of jobs we are missing for our youth,for just exporting our raw materials in raw form.
  Even the training being given on Gold Processing at KNUTS,is not all that adequate.
  THEY SHOULD HAVE A FULL TRAINING FOR THREE YEARS.
  PLEASE,TALK ABOUT THAT TO MAHAMA.
  If we are doing it,then we have to do it fully,but not partially,as we have the raw material at our disposal.
  Why do we have to go on other new materials like zinc,if BAUXITE,GOLD,DIAMOND AND MANGANESE ARE ALL BEING EXPORTED IN RAW FORM,SINCE TIME IMMEMORIAL?
  One has to hate EGYPT,before he can have the audacity and passion to enter CANAAN:
  WE HAVE TO COME OUT OF THE RAW MATERIAL EXPORT ECONOMY,AND ENTER MANUFACTURING,PROCESSING OF OUR RAW MATERIAL,FIRST.
  How well have we been able to protect the gold and diamonds from GALAMSEY OPERATION,of both our local and foreign aggression?
  There is a saying in ASHANTI/AKAN LANGUAGE:
  
  WE CAN'T LEAVE ANOTHER HERD OF SHEEP TO GO OUTSIDE IF THE OTHERS ALREADY OUT,HAVE NOT COME INTO THE BAN.

  How our government can allow Chinese, Germans, Congolese and other foreigners to irresponsibly pollute our rivers - is a big question. We are heading for a doom.

  Even in gold ,we have not done enough.Take a look at the value chain of mining and concentrate also on it. We don't have a proper gold laboratory,gold refinery,companies that produce inputs fr the mines,reduce the number of expats in the industry etc This will add more value to the mines. The key component for cement is limestone ,legislation should force every cement company to have its own quarries in Ghana to supply their factories.We need to modernise the salt industry ever since the Panbros company no one has looked at salt.We can be a major exporter and we need to investigate other down stream industries from salt.Foral these nice ideas, the major constant is ENEWRGY AND WATER SECURITY IN GHNNA>
