I strongly believe the bargain didn't go well with the GSA officer this time round. I work in a filling station for over 15 years and when pumps fail, the GSA officers bargain with the station manager as to the amount he is to pay to avoid any panelists or locking of the pumps. Some pay over half the penalty fee to the GSA inspectors.
Corruption everywhere and still people blame Government, let build institutions to work harder and stop this corrupt attitude.
