So called vice chairman of the B.S should not inflame passion considering what the GFA took the nation through with B.S at the World Cup. Must you report anything that goes on at the Camp of B.S? when the coach has not asked you to? what a moron?

It was because they wanted to cut him off and include those that paid bribe. The same thing is happening, they know if Ayew start the games Atsu or one of their players will have to be on the bench, so they want to start criticising him to prepare the ground for the coach to drop him from the starting 11. If the article is true, and if Avram Grant really wants to instill discipline, he should wait for proper offence before punishing his key player or any player for that matter. What did Dede do wrongly this time? Should he have snubbed his club when it was not yet FIFA deadline to release players? Has Grant not been a club coach before? Or during his short spell at chelsea and the other teams he didn't face this situation from the other side-from the club standpoint? He should be careful. The players are intelligent. They do not fear any coach, they will play for you but if you start victimizing their key figures for wrong reasons, the best you can achieve is a divided team. Be warned, coach. The boy took a chattered flight to the camp base just after his club game, and you meet him with reprimand? Is Grant that naive? I'm surprised. I hope this is not true!

I just hope this is not true, but if it is, Mr. Grant should be careful. It is better for him to start on a positive footing with all his key players and get the maximum possible results. It is a fact of life: when you touch the key figures for the wrong reasons, when you victimize them for no offence committed, the others see the injustice, and they rally behind them, and many of the players start developing apathetic attitudes: they don't give their maximum best. At best, you get a divided team. It appears he wants to instill discipline, but the old adage still stands: "if it aint broke, don't fix it", meaning, wait till he or anyone else commits a proper offence before you start disciplining them, and the whole nation will applaud you for being a "no-nonsense" coach. What did you want the boy to do in this case? Snub his team when deadline for releasing players by FIFA was not yet up, and the team had every right to demand his services? Do you know what sanctions he would have faced from his club? And what did he miss anyway from that black stars camp by coming a day later, at that date anyway? Tactics? What? I am always appalled when people always think that everything should fit in a straight line and everyone is the same, regardless of the fact that people's situations are always different. Why can't people be a little flexible? God certainly is, so why not we, in His image?
