DR. BAWUMIA:-----------
“In the last six years, the NDC has borrowed US$27 billion. Before that, we, the NPP, borrowed a total of US$5.5 billion in eight years. Compare that to the NDC borrowing $27 billion in six years and ask yourself what they have done with all that money,” the running mate to Nana Akufo-Addo said.
He said, though a lot more money has been spent, it is a paradox of economic management that this level of excessive spending has only led to greater hardships being visited on the people.
“NDC inherited a public debt stock of GHS9.5 billion in 2009,” the former Deputy Governor of the central bank said. “Today, Ghana’s debt has gone up to GHS65.7 billion. So when I say the stakes are high I am talking about the destiny of our country, Ghana, the future of the youth.”
“The NDC has been taxing everything, including condoms and cutlasses. In terms of resources, this NDC government has had more resources than any other government. We did not have oil. Yet, Ghanaians know what we did with the limited resources we had. We spent money responsibly to create the NHIS, introduce Capitation Grant, expand access to education, we spent wisely on infrastructure and built more roads than any other government,” he said.

Ghana's version of Boko Haram are the armed robbers, and those who pass on information to the armed robbers.
Shame on all who are engaged in such wicked crimes

People,do you believe what the GRA boss is saying? He should rather be saying that the GRA was going to investigate the allegation. His response lends credence to the warning put out by the originator of the story.

Asamoah Forson,I assume you went outside the country when you bought the car.I am rather surprised you were allowed into any country based on your poor ability in expressing yourself.Your grammar and spelling are not up to scratch.People working for GRA are public servants and like any other public servants, they are not there to work for any particular political party. They serve Ghana. The idea that the NDC Government gave you the car you bought only after paying $3500 is stupid.Crazy people can be cured but stupidity is incurable and would stay with you for the rest of your days.Does politics have to come into everything that happens in Ghana?

This is very frightening to the foreign Travelers. As the saying goes there is no smoke without fire. Mr Blankson, do something about it. Not appealing to the public not to take notice. It is already noticed.

Some have actually been arrested I believe. The one arrested in kumasi for stealing an AK47 wasn't going to hunt grasscutters with it.

But fellow Ghanaians workers at the Telcos in Ghana infact all of them from Airtel, MTN, TIGO etc are being paid by armed robbers to give them residential address (of course with location)of certain persons in Ghana (their targets)
Its simple. The armed robbers recruit beautiful young ladies to fraternise and seduce their rich targets obviously men. Once these ladies get the men's cellphone numbers the armed robbers them pay some telco workers particularly at MTN who just type the cellphone number on their computers then the residential address of this rich man appears and its handed over to the robbers for operation. That workers at MTN both men and women are paid by people to give out residential addresses and locations of other people in Ghana is no secret at all. Yes this is what the Rrecent simcard registration exercise in the country has done to Ghana hence the many robberies. Men be wary of giving your call cards and cellphone numbers to ladies in particular, lest the armed robbers come right to your doorstep no matter where you live. This lead should be treated as urgent by the IGP. WHEN I POSTED ON GHANA WEB THAT ARMED ROBBERS WERE USING THE AKOASA MOUNTAIN ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE TOLLBOOTH FROM ACCRA THROUGH THE FULANI AREA AROUND TUBA AS A HIDE OUT TO COME OUT AT NIGHT TO COMMIT ARMED ROBBERIES AND THAT CONSTANT POLICE PATROL WAS NEED AT FULANI A SUBURB OF TUBA AND ITS ENVIRONS RIGHT AFTER THE TOLLBOOTH ON THE KASOA ROAD I DO NOT THINK THAT THE POLICE ADMINISTRATION TOOK THIS LEAD SERIOUSLY JUST A WEEK AFTER ARMED ROBBERS STORMED THE SHOPPING MALL AREA. FACT IS THE FULANI AREA IS REMOTE DARK WITH BUSHES WITH NO POLICE POST NOR POLICE PRESENCE AND THAT MOUNTAIN IS THE CLOSEST TO THE CITY AND WITH ITS LACK OF ACCESS OBVIOUSLY ARMED ROBBERS WILL FIND IT A HAVEN. IN EUROPE SUCH MOUNTAINS CLOSE TO THE CITY HAVE PERMANENT POLICE AND MILITARY PRESENCE AND WE MUST SEE THAT IN GHANA MR. IGP BUT MR IGP PLEASE HOLD A MEETING IMMEDIATELY WITH THE TELCOS ON THE OTHERHAND YOU CAN USE UNDERCOVER POLICE OFFICERS LADIES TO INVESTIGATE THIS SO THAT YOU CAN CATCH THE CULPRITS AT THE TELCOS.

The GRA boss should not blatantly defend his personne in this manner. He should patiently and professionally ask the source of the info from the social media to name the employees involved in such acts if any.
