  Without accounts they cook all sort of schemes which siphons money through ghost personnel.
  
  By opening an account the Bank would ensure the authenticity of the individual opening the accounts which would weed out a lot of the ghost names.
  
  If the NSS is resisting this common sense and more efficient approach it means the NSS is still up to its bad habits.
  
  The banks should insist that all personnel are paid through a bank account for easy tracing of monies unduly paid.

  Yours isn't accurate, Yamoto. Public sector workers are paid according to Bank Account nos. yet ghost names exist in large nos. The banks are the list to trust as far as ghost names are concerned.

  John is himself the number one thief, so how can he discipline thieves. He has to steal to look after his 23 or so children. Therefore all hands on deck. All appointees must must take whatever they can grab. This man is simply unfit to be president.
  
  Ghana will definitely be better off without John Mahama. The monies being given to our very stupid chiefs is stolen money. it is monies that should go to repair our roads.

Compare that to the NDC borrowing $27 billion in six years and ask yourself what they have done with all that money,” the running mate to Nana Akufo-Addo said.
  
  He said, though a lot more money has been spent, it is a paradox of economic management that this level of excessive spending has only led to greater hardships being visited on the people.
  
  “NDC inherited a public debt stock of GHS9.5 billion in 2009,” the former Deputy Governor of the central bank said. “Today, Ghana’s debt has gone up to GHS65.7 billion. So when I say the stakes are high I am talking about the destiny of our country, Ghana, the future of the youth.”
  
  “The NDC has been taxing everything, including condoms and cutlasses. In terms of resources, this NDC government has had more resources than any other government. We did not have oil. Yet, Ghanaians know what we did with the limited resources we had. We spent money responsibly to create the NHIS, introduce Capitation Grant, expand access to education, we spent wisely on infrastructure and built more roads than any other government,” he said.

  BUT WHAT ARE THEY DOING ABOUT THE HEALTH PERSONELS? SINCE WE STARTED OUR SERVICE, WE ARE LIKE LEFT OUT AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FRON THE SERVICE. CAN SOME INE TELL US WHAT IS HAPPENING OVER THERE.

  Kpesah White should understand that banks are profosseional institutions which operate not on the whims of people like him but have operational gudelines which guarantees certain things like secrecy of the account holder. The banks are money transfer insitutions which allow their facilities to be used in the payment of funds. Banks are interested in establishing relationships.
