What democratic right? You are honoured to be part of a national team if you think you play for money decline the invitation and go and play for money. After all you are paid more to play in your club why come say such nonsense to us. Quit we won't beg you. These bench warmers who are invited to the black stars think they can take for a ride. If start winning trophies we will support improved wages otherwise they can go to hell.

My brother Seidu, soldiers on UN and national assignements are not comparable to the national team! No one sees the soldiers when on war front, no one claps for them when being shot at! Soldiers dont sleep in flashy and expensive hotels when their are on duty! No soldier is bought by any bigger club to earn fat money after putting his life on line to defend victims! Soldiers dont even negotiat what is due them when going for national assignment! So you cannot compare the military assignment to that of our national team's assignment! The Black Stars get glory and clubs after serving their nation while soldiers may die in assignment and their famillies might never see their corps! Our national team players must rather pay the nation for offering them the chance to sell their talents to the world and the glory and riches they get thereafter! Thanks Seidu!

The minister spoke very well, we agree with him categorically! He has called the spade, finish! That is what nation can afford, so take it or leave, no force is applied to anyone to play! You have a choice to accept or leave the team! So many young players are waiting to be called to make a statement with their talents! Ghana cannot go and borrow money to pay footballers who are called to play in order to showcase their talents on the world market! In principle, they, the players must rather pay some amount to the nation when their gain call up to represent the nation, because Ghana is advertising them to bigger clubs! 5000 in my view is still too much!

And as a matter of urgency, the FA must tell Avram Grant to prepare a local Black Star team for the next World Cup in 2018. The current Black Stars must play against the local side to justify their inclusion in any future national competition.
Qualification to play for the national team should not be automatic for those plying their football career abroad.

Any significant purses[money]without getting a good dose of the Jockey`s whip? Many of these 'losers' have used their inclusion to the B.S team to make ridiculous fashion statements;as if the rest of us cared for their bizarre looks! Recall how the Zambian FA dealt with Katonga, their Captain and marquis player, when he started making 'ugly noises'? The guy is now HISTORY,while the team marches on.
But who can blame these 'brats',if reports about some of them having to pass brown envelopes to their 'patrons' at the GFA, to guarantee their selection to the team, are true.

GYAN,you better shut up! What did you say when a patroit, Dr Nyaho Tamacloe said what you might consider worse things on the same issue. Soccer is your profession and not politics. Whiles you are asking Ghanains to pray for you against injuries, have you thought of what we will eat after our fasting and prayer on your behalf? Ghanains are compelled to fast everyday against our wishes due to the economic situation that is about to offer you guys $5000 bonuses per match, yet, you seem not to appreciate. Do you know how many Ghanains could break their fasting with just one of your bonus? You are fortunate to be so rich and can afford to pay bribes to journalists to drop charges to the displeasure of their bosses whiles most Ghanains depend on just a national team positive game result to quench our hunger and for consolation. It is your statement which is rather unfortunate and i hope you focus on your responsibility rather than the political odyssey you are about to undertake. Please shut up!! the deputy minister is right and you and your subordinates can go to hell. Thank God, Ghana has lots of talents and with Grant in control, we can resort to the Cemerounian style.
