  KNUST failed to rusticate and report to the police a female student who beat up her roommate; the lecturers have been bought. It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement when recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
  
  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
  
  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

  Great just as adults they need to act as adults.They should be law abiding and also do the right to make life on campus palatable for everybody.Societal misfits are not welcome.Thanks.

  Atsu and his manager should have known on getting signed for Chelsea was meant just for player trading business and not seroiudly to play any football at Stansford Bridge. Lukaku and many more and better talented players case are there to learn from; signing on players by these top english clubs include trading them for money after they may have been well bred on loans and grown enough to attract bigger monies than they bought them. Clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool etc. all do same trading players for money. Manchester United did same to destroy the blooming carrier of Angolan Manucho, he was bought and immediately sent on loan to Portugal where he never found his form ever again. Atsu should ask to opt out Chelsea now before his carrier gets destroyed while playing as loanee. Chelsea has very talented Atsu's ages in their academy waiting to be drafted into the main Chelsea first devision and, Atsu will be decieving himself if he thinks he can ever play at Stansford Bridge. Time to leave Chelsea is now.
