    THE ROADS IN UPPER WEST ARE ALSO DEPLORABLE , THE WA KYEYIRI ROAD , WA -GORIPIE ROAD, WA - BAABILE , WA - VIA TUMU TO BOLGA , BOLE TO DAMANGO TO TAMALE

    Texas A&M university is using $450m to renovate part of their university stadium and you are using the same amount(LOAN) to rehabilitate ROADS. roads indeed.
