Kwasi Appiah must learn a lesson with his experience with the Black Stars. I hope he make some changes that brought the disaster at the Black Stars.

This time, The Silent Killer is much more experienced and many times wiser than before. This is a new dawn for the battle- hardened warrior. His hand-picked assistant coach is a trusted soccer-knowledgeable friend who will never gore him in the back with a hidden dagger.
The Silent Killer by now has compiled a note book which contains the solutions to all the problems he had faced in the past. The silent Killer will not solve a crisis with a crisis but must massage the egos of his troops strategically without compromising the game plan and his principles.
The Silent Killer must know that in this part of the world the players are crazier and their egos rise above the field and the mountains until they touch the sky. The Silent Killer must listen to the troops but must be careful of the team owner. He is now many miles from home. Must contact the UN peace-keeper Commander if he has concerns about his safety.
The Silent Killer will this time prevail against the odds and by the Divine Grace of JAH, the Silent Killer shall one day return triumphantly and coach the famous Black Stars again in the future. Selah.

Please don't fight your players oooo-- I hope you have learn your mistakes, know how to communicate and manage them well. Don't treat them like school kids else some of them will start proving stubborn. Good luck Akwesi.

Kwasi, he Lord will be with you and will continue to help you to excel in your new found job. The GFA memebers should be ashamed of themselves for not helping his fellow black man (one of their own) to achieve a higher heights but rather helping a WHITEMAN. The problem with blackman is that he still sees a WHITEMAN as superior than the blackman. This is a shame. A day will come that the GFA members will bow down their heads in shame for refusing to help their own.
