Again she has not indicated that she was paid to lie so why the hasty conclusion.

In fact, Prof H Kwasi Prempeh is chastising the Ghana AIDS Commission for doing a bad job on this faker called Joyce Dzidzor Mensah who has been broadcasting herself around as some HIV-POSITIVE patient just to gain ambassadorial status for her own selfish gain and you are here blaming Mahama's leadership instead. This is the usual lazy approach to public service. How can u take someone's word without verification? Heads must roll. This doesn't absorb the lady of wrong doing. She new she was negative yet took all the benefits that a positive person will be entitled to. She took the scarce anti retroviral drugs when she didn't need it. At the same time others were dying because they didn't get the drugs. This is corruption.

Dear Professor, even if the Commission erred in failing to independently verify Madam Joyce's initial claim to a positive test, she still committed a willful act of Public Deception by that claim and that is most unfortunate.

As for Prof this provided you an opportunity to jump to conclusion on governance issues in Ghanaian instititions.
Once again please read the policy and other UNAIDS documents on testing, confidentiality, stigma and discrimination then we can begin the debate

I think she has done well by putting hope and courage into most HIV patients. l on one side think she deserve an award. There may be something she is not telling us the public, may be some one is treatening her life
