  What do you think electric cars are doing to electric infrastructure in USA and Europe? Always plan for expansion as population grows and citizens earn money...Until All schools,homes,offices and hospitals have Air condition why should they be a need to conserve..People will conserve when they have no money to pay bill or in Ghana probably the only place in world with pre-paid electric meters! only phones are pre-paid or funerals in USA
