NO.A fat IMF loan to issue ID cards instead of Biomass/Solar Energy to alleviate our suffering.Nigeria,a nation of 170 Plus million does not generate 15,000 mega watts of power.Ghana does not even generate 3000 mega watts of power.A tiny Island like Sri Lanka produces a variety of electricity that Ghana can only dream of.What a bunch of hopeless political tossers we have.

Nothing original has come out of Ecowas since its formation in 1975.They have simply copied blindly whatever EEC has done over the past.They do not think it through whether it is relevant to us as Africans or not.Nigeria di ...

Nothing original has come out of Ecowas since its formation in 1975.They have simply copied blindly whatever EEC has done over the past.They do not think it through whether it is relevant to us as Africans or not.Nigeria did not give a damn about Ecowas rules in 1983.To the ignorant folks,I would like to stress that Ecowas did not exist in 1969.Common sense tells me,they can use that amount to build fishing fleet to explore/fish in our our extensive coast instead of leaving it to the Spanish,Russian,and other countries plundering it at our expense.Thai and Dutch Ships come and plunder our seas for Mackerel only to sell it to us as "Tinapa".Why can"t they use this huge amount to build a multi national pharmaceutical plant to cater for our needs. ID card, What a pointless idea!

You should go back to primary school to learn the difference. Would means something different from will and saying "would" when you mean "will" makes you sound at best poorly educated.
