This Terpker guy is proving he is really a tax professional. He knows how to come up with tax schemes. Why is he wasting his talent planning budgets? He should be placed in the revenue service to deal with revenues alone because it is evident that he understands only taxes and nothing about spending. Now, he has Ghana in a tailspin of more debt and more taxes. He spends and then creates more taxes, more spending and then more taxes. What a moron.

problem is not tax collection..IT's the ndc stealing all the money..when oil was $100 per barrell, every tanker that left ghana waters was worth 1 billion dollars( $100 x 100,000 barrels)..Where has all that money went???? nd ...

what do you think AT &T (bell phone system) been doing for 100 years???? Bell phone got so large they had to be split into Verizon, Bell south & Pacific Bell. But until cellphones came there was no competition
