Transformational Leaders are GAME CHANGERS who take OWNERSHIP INTEREST in what they do. Their PASSION is Overwhelming. They are the first to SHOW UP and the LAST to LEAVE. They approach their work as if their LIFE Depends on it. At any given moment, they KNOW everything that has been done, what is being done and what needs to be done and are always looking for COST-EFFECTIVE and IMPROVED Ways in doing things.

They ABHOR Corruption to the CORE and Lazy People never last working for them. VALUE For MONEY guides them.

Are you going to HIRE and RECRUIT differently or it is going to be the same CRONISM and NEPOTIC Ways which have brought Ghana to her knees? If you, Nii Moi, does not do the Hiring, I am AFRAID, you will ONLY be REPLICATING the many Pathetic Outcomes of otherwise Great and Transformational Programs.

Unfortunately, Ghana is Inhabited mostly by Lazy and Corrupt people. The Leadership we have thus far seen is anything But Transformational.

So Mr. Nii Moi Thompson, Putting it out the way you have done does not INSPIRE HOPE. You need to, please, tell us what would make this Agenda will do DIFFERENTLY to TRANSFORM, something most Transformational Agenda in the past have not been able to do for us.

So therefore, No matter how The Agenda seeks to Transform Ghana, if the right CROP of MANAGERS are not Put in Place to see that we Realize the Transformation that the Agenda seeks to achieve, as has been the case with Programs like GYEEDA, SADA, etc., then it is NOT going to lead to anything transformational at all. It is Only going to RESULT in People FILLING their Pockets with the little cash remaining.

My friend, Ghana is not inhabited by lazy and corrupt people. Ghana is inhabited by self-respecting and well-meaning but, extremely deprived people who have also learnt the hard way that the only way that they can get their fair-share of the national cake under the unfavorable circumstances in which we live, can only be done in their own unorthodox way. Of course the corrupt, opportunistic and insensitive politicians and their side-kicks, would in their dark minds, then proceed ton describe Ghanaians as corrupt and lazy. How dare you describe Ghanaians as such?

Perhaps you need to properly go back to school and into the history of the world to research the role that the Ghanaian - indeed, the Blackman played in making the world what it is today. Perhaps if you opened your near-blind eyes a little wider, you will begin to reconsider the real definition of corruption and in that pursuit, you will discover who and what corruption really is in the scheme of things in the world.

New Year's eve 2014 : The President assured Ghanaians that in 2014 they "would reap the fruits of the good seeds the sowed in 2013". 2014 is at its tail end, but the only fruits reaped by Ghanaians are the bitter fruits of high taxes, unjustified hikes of utility tariffs in the face of poor service delivery, frequent fuel price increases in the face of falling crude oil prices on the world market, complete disrespect of the Government's own "Automatic Adjustment" policy when it swings in favour of Ghanaians, and the collapse of economic activity through dumsor dumsor. In 2014, Ghanaians witnessed the spread of poverty by a looting Government that has completely lost its bearings. The promise of economic prosperity in 2015 is just a political aimed at winning votes. Even if the economy shows signs of recovery in 2015 Ghanaians cannot forget the carrots and stick policy of Government aimed only at winning elections. We cannot be subjected to horrible hardships for two years only to be given a brief respite as elections approach. We are waiting to see how the Government lavishes money in 2015 and 2016 just to gain re-election. They loot of the past six years will, in all likelihood, surface as campaign funds in 2015 and 2016. We the people are watching.

Ras Bo if u care to know John Mahama's father known as E.A Mahama had to flee Ghana in 1982 because he alongside Nana Okutwere Bekoe had taken some illegal loan from an Italian businessman known as Chiaveli . John Mahama's father was in exile in Nigeria and later London for over 15 years of the PNDC /NDC rule.
Ras Bo should therefore keep his mouth shut. He was probably not born when all these occurred .
