  Incredulous! How can there be confusion over such a straifght forward takeover of one company by another? We always show ineptitude to the very discerning when such basic corporate issues suddenly brew confusion in execution. Why are the two ministries not working in tandem? Are there interested parties creating confusion to the benefit of some and to what end ? Lets buckle up and get our act together. Must we always be a laughing stock ? More anon.

  That is the understanding of the PRO at the ministry.
  All this misinformation, denial, retraction, confusion, etc. from government and ministries may be caused by lack of knowledge, and not out of sheer impudence.

  What has that 'clueless' George Mould done to demonstrate that his outfit is capable of taking care of its own affairs,other than doling large sums of money out to fill the pockets of corrupt Kwesi Nyantakyi and his cabal at the GFA? Let them[ GNPC] take of TOR,which has now become very 'toxic' for private business! There are tremendous natural synergies to be derived in such an arrangement,than 'parachuting' the it[ GNPC ]to where it does not belong!
  For the life of me,I cannot understand why the Mahama administration,has time and again,shown a tendency to take decisions,that will cause its own downfall!
  Are we through with all the things that need to be done by GNC for this administration,to instigate this nasty dog fight? Let the duo of Botchwey and Sipa Yankey continue to place the GNGC on a much firmer footing,generate and supply the gas to forestall the 'dumsor-dumsor',rather than rushing to superimpose yet another level of needless corporate bureaucracy,and cause all this havoc!
