Is it now that this ex-president Kufuor knows that Ghana needed a robust Policy to transform this private sector?
Does it also mean that during is tenure, the private sector was taken over by his COCAINE BUSINESS GOVT and tagged Ghana cocaine coast so there was no time to draft robust policies to really transform the private sector?
I am compelled to believe that this lame duck ex-president and a looter of state resources does not understand Policies and the private sector all together. And to labor the point, eight years in his tenure saw more contract debts, contract killings, intimidation etc so why would this man not shut up for the ruling Govt to their job?

I give up! Since we cannot discipline ourselves out of corruption, all insitutions should be privatized. Private management can well monitor their employees better than government.

AS far as president Mahama is put Ghana destiny in the hands of IMF to think and run the country for him private robust sector is a mirage.IMF is operared by the advance countries which own large corperations and industries which has include all undevelop countries to as part of the economic growth and productivities.T.B Jakes acknowledges president Mahama allowing IMF to think for him is a big mistake which made him the non thinking president and calling for Ghanaians to look for a thinking president. How could Ghana allow president Mahama to stay in power while he inherit a robust economy and the fastest growing economy and Ghana has fade from the map of the worldand not term the repubic of corruption.President Mahama lacks the wisdom and know-how to impliment and lead the country. If we love our dear country Ghana then we should listen to Micheal Jackson song "We are the world,we are the children" and learn a lesson fropm it.President do Ghana a favor and resign if you love the country for you have no knowledge of ruling the country..

Why would Ghana need anything if at the time of the NPP administration of Kufour’s presidency the framework for desired/requisite institutions, statutes/laws, best practices and procedures for those drivers had been put in place? Instead what Kufour and his men gave the nation is the sale of every assets of the nation that has survived even a bad Nkrumah not to mention the systematic stealing of money during Ghana@50 etc that made a few people in the NPP rich beyond redemption.
Now we’re left with a shameless Kufour flying around the globe to rob elbows with world leaders who never gave a darn about Africa moving from its underdeveloped status into an emerging market status but for as long as Africa stayed in its place as a beggar continent with a bought and sold leaders the likes of Kufour etc. What Ghana need is not speeches from educated fools but the start of solutions enshrined in our constitution or acts of parliament that cannot be abridged unless by two-third majority of parliament.

How could JA Kufuor look himself in the mirror and mount a platform to talk about development issues in the country? The rogue President Kufuor is today telling this government how to govern, when this scum of the earth spent eight solid years in office only to be remembered as the per diem president.
Why do Ghanaians give this fool the platform to speak? Or is this the classic blind leading the blind? JA Kufuor is the most perfidious head of state in our history, and sadly so, because he stole, pillaged, and abused the office he swore in broad daylight to uphold. He is the classic example of the mistrust of the blackman and the continent Africa.
