Franklin Cudjoe is always criticising the government and in the pocket of the NPP.He is never objective and only sees everything the government does in negative terms. Why waste my time read his review of the budget?

Once again, IMANI Ghana is critical in all areas where there is a need!
READ: In Ghana, It is clear that the budget deficit is not caused solely by lower taxes. Expenditure mismanagement and revenue leakage explain Ghana's fiscal deficit more than any other factor."
BUT, THEN: Mahama's "...2015 budget said nothing substantial on transparency and anti-corruption initiatives..."
If Mahama, Bagbin, and the entire government were serious about fighting corruption why is the need to have "possible" in "...the government will implement initiatives to enforce the recommendations of the Auditor General's report. This will involve sanctioning and possible prosecution of persons indicted by the report.'"
What is all that about?
Possible prosecution?
But it all makes sense when you read Nana Akwah's brilliant essay on the other side. There is so much dishonesty, nepotism, unacceptability, and yes, corruption!
WORD TO IMANI: The last statement about "FOR INTERVIEWS" is chaotic, to say the least. How about just one POC. But, if each of the 3 persons are responsible for different types of "Interviews", then, take pains to provide those details.
On balance a good read, again!
