    Dr. Nkrumah would've bought the cocoa from farmers hoard them and burn the rest just to create market for Ghana government and poor farmers. That what is called good policy. Our Morden politicians are all jokes

    on milk or other crops,,Gov buys the milk and then sells the milk,cheese and butter to schools and food programs at reduced price..And when date or expire come close even gives it away
