The Problem with this Statement by the Lawyer Only CONFIRMS what we all suspect, that the Alhaji was an ACCOMPLICE in the Drug transaction that went BUST for the following reasons:

If RUBY and the ALHAJI were lovers, that would permit the INFERENCE that he was assisting his Lover.

But if they are Not LOVERS then that vitiates a defense of doing favors for a lover. To say that he was just assisting her as a friend is a decision he made which turned out to have FACILITATED Drug Smuggling and he must pay for it.

To say that he, Dawood, saw Ruby and she was attractive and they exchanged addresses and Two to Three weeks later, Ruby was traveling out of the country so he Dawood arranged her use of the VIPP Lounge sounds more COOKED than any story I have heard from most of the Most HARDENED CRIMINALS I ever met.

Ruby, as pretty as she is, gets looks from men all the time. Hearing how SNUBBISH her town folks say she is I cannot imagine her meeting Dawood in a store then she proceeds to exchange addresses with her. And Ruby was not concerned that her boyfriend might not like the idea that another man would be calling her? She MUST BE CHEAP PAPA to do things this way?

I understand a very powerful Politician went and commiserated with Ruby's folks when he learnt of her arrest. With such a Politian for a friend, she still needed this NON-ENTITY Alhaji to arrange her use of the VVIP Lounge?

This ONLY goes to confirm that the VVIP Lounge has been a DRUG TRAFFICKING Arena for a very long time.

From what I know, Ruby has used the VVIP lounge several times before the fateful November 9 use. Did her friends who arranged her use of the lounge in the past all deserted her so he, Dawood, would go out of his way to help her use the Lounge? What about Ruby's two accomplices?

How many of the Alhajis' friends does he arrange for them to use the VVIP Lounge and How frequent is that usage?

They did a HAJJ only a few months back. How many of Dawood's Muslim Brothers and Sisters did he arrange use of the VVIP Lounge for?

The Alhaji did NOT see the need to go to the VVIP lounge to see this Lady he had just met off to the UK or that is what the Nigeria ALIBI is offered to vitiate?

The Alhaji and Ruby are NOT LOVERS because Alhaji knows who Ruby's Lover is and as pretty as Ruby is her lover would be equally powerful to arrange Ruby's use of the VVIP Lounge? So therefore, should it not have come as a shock to the Alhaji if Ruby had made such request of her? But rather, it was he the Alhaji who suggested her use of the Lounge.

The Alhaji is said to be friends with all the people at the VVIP Lounge. That simply UNDERSCORES the fact that he has been using the Lounge to SMUGGLE DRUGS for a longtime and that is what has led with his familiarity with workers there.

It is however legally suicidal for you to be making unsubstantiated statements to the effect that the Alaji has been using the VIP lounge to get people to smuggle drugs out of the country for a long time. Do you have the hard corroborating evidence to substantiate your assertion? If you don't, then I would seriously urge you to refrain from making the sort of unguarded statements you have just made. There is something in law called libel. This is when one is guilty of tarnishing another's character and repute by publishing in writing defaming accusations and the most potent defence against a libel suit is the TRUTH. If therefore you cannot legally prove that your statements against the Alaji are true, you may find yourself in serious trouble. Beware

China arrests ex-security chief Zhou Yongkang
Mr Zhou was head of China's vast internal security apparatus until 2012 Ex-security chief Zhou Yongkang, the most senior Chinese official to be investigated for corruption, has been arrested and expelled from the Communist Party, state media report. The Supreme People's Procuratorate, China's top prosecuting body, said it had opened a formal probe against him. Before he retired two years ago, Mr Zhou was the head of China's vast internal security apparatus. Many of his former associates and relatives also face corruption probes. Since coming to power, Chinese President Xi Jinping has launched a high-profile campaign to weed out corruption among party and government officials. Mr Zhou was accused of several crimes, including "serious violations of party discipline", "accepting large sums of bribes", "disclosing party and state secrets" and "committing adultery with several women" as part of corrupt transactions, Xinhua news agency reported (in Chinese). Mr Zhou's arrest was announced in a statement by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, released late on Friday night. 'Most feared' Mr Zhou, who is in his 70s, has not been seen in public for more than a year. Analysts say the investigation against Mr Zhou allows Xi Jinping to consolidate his power base, remove people opposed to his reforms, and improve the image of the Communist Party. Mr Zhou was previously also a member of China's top decision-making body, the Politburo Standing Committee.
Zhou Yongkang was allegedly the most feared and powerful senior official before he retired two years ago from the pinnacle of China's decision-making body. He is also the biggest "tiger" - the highest ranking official - caged by Xi Jinping in his anti-corruption drive. Dubbed "Master Kang", Mr Zhou put many of his followers in powerful positions in the oil and security sectors during his heyday in office. Many of his loyalists have since been either sentenced or indicted on corruption charges. It has taken over a year to investigate his case, which suggests the authorities are mindful of its sensitivity. Some suspect the party would rather deal with his case in secrecy, given how much Mr Zhou knows. The fact that he is to be investigated by state prosecutors means the authorities have gathered sufficient evidence. It also shows an ever-more confident Xi Jinping making Mr Zhou a case in point to further consolidate his power. The suspense now is over whether Mr Zhou will be charged and tried in public, in the fashion of his disgraced former ally Bo Xilai. A Chinese minister has previously said that the investigation against Mr Zhou would take a long time to complete. Mr Zhou had enjoyed a close working relationship with former Chongqing party chief Bo Xilai, who was sentenced to life imprisonment last year on bribery charges. Bo's wife Gu Kailai was given a suspended death sentence in 2012 for the murder of British businessman Neil Heywood. Bo's downfall was seen as the biggest political shake-up to hit China's ruling elite in decades, and revealed divisions at the top of the party over how the scandal should be handled.
'Zero-tolerance'
Mr Zhou's arrest was welcomed by many social media users on Sina Weibo, a Twitter-like platform in China. "We have zero-tolerance against corruption!" one user wrote. "No position is off-limits when it comes to removing malignant tumours, winning the applause and cheers of the people," another user, Zhang Jinyang, wrote. Many users highlighted the allegations that Mr Zhou had leaked state secrets and committed adultery. However, some comments about the charges against Mr Zhou appear to have been censored. Searching for "Zhou Yongkang" on Sina Weibo brings up a number of microblog posts, but also the following message: "Under the relevant laws, regulations and policies, some of the search results cannot be displayed."

It is more so depressing to know idiots in the NPP and their closet supporters on the Ghana Supreme Court bench think the EC can be a gatekeeper for an authentic and verifiable ID system for voting which by the way takes its root from a discredited and bribery prone nationally accepted government issued ID's like a driving licence, passport or National ID The shame of it all is that Dr. Bawumia who have not seen a lie he would not dress up as truth, Nana Akomea who had not heard of acts of sabotage too low for his low IQ and a nation of uneducated and classroom semi educated citizenry who gave up their God given talents to use their brains to sift truths from tribal falsehoods who will destroy anyone with principles when it comes to politics and winning at all cost. From where I sit it is far more important to find out how it is possible for Alhaji Dawood to have multiple passports than his connections to a drug courier who is prepared to go to jail in the UK for as long as it takes knowing of the derived financial benefits that awaits her on her release or demise.
It is the ease with which people gain and come to possess Ghanaian passport that undermines the ability of government to be effective in its role of knowing who is and who is not a Ghanaian citizen that matters most; a challenge that takes more than classroom earned credentials.
