    We need at least 70 billion dollars a year just to rebuild a major cities. The oil ghana is exporting is very small.

    The best is yet to come. Ghana is on the right track. PIAC must try hard to avoid partisan politics to involve its work. It should, equally, do away with unsubstantiated information that serve to damage its image.
