    Building a government project is not like building a private house. There are laid down procedures. Eg, selecting a consultant, going thru tender, evaluation of tenders and awarding of contract. This doesn't happen in a day. ...

    Owusu-Boateng should rather question the lack of operation of the FCUBE provision in the 1992 constitution. NPP did not execute FCUBE for the 8 years the party was in power.

    some schools are run by foreigners just for financial gains they are nothing but credential mills.Ghana must abolish all those bogus schools. Must turn SUHUM SEC/TECH INTO A POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY.
