The learned Prof Opoku-Agyeman sent her deputy Sharp Teeth Ablakwa to tell Ghanaians that it takes 18 months to build one school. So we must all be aware that by this time next year, any of the 200 schools that has not gone past the foundation stage would not be ready by the end of 2016.
What he forgot to explain is why the government has not managed to complete even one of the 200 schools all these 24 months. The challenge is on!

Owusu-Boateng should rather question the lack of operation of the FCUBE provision in the 1992 constitution. NPP did not execute FCUBE for the 8 years the party was in power.

Even those palm wine drinkers in the remote part of Ghana ended up in Universities. The government should stop taken money from the poor. After all come election time they will buy votes.
