He doesn't seem to be that well known or hold a very important position that can just call somebody like Armah to allow people to pass through VIP. He has to be acting on somebody's behalf.

As far as why he returned to Ghana and whether he was not aware about Ametefe's arrest, I think he knew about everything going on. He just think he acted for a very important person or he is not the person who made that call. Nobody is that stupid to return to a scene of his crime.

It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution

Ghanaians' That is a WHOLE Director of Governance and Security TALKING LIKE THAT.

It is very SAD that a CAPO of such an Institution will say such Things.

How could he, the Director, fathom that in Today's World of Cell Phones and Email and Instant Messaging, Since November 10 that the Cocaine Queen was arrested, the man who allegedly FACILITATED the TRAFFICKING and probably ONE Person who would benefit immensely from the proceeds, immediately went into a COMA to not know the DEAL went BUST and he had been FINGURED?

I find this a very Worrying Development. It seems to me the STAGE is being set to Permit an INFERENCE that the Alhaji, if he had done wrong, would not have returned to the Jurisdiction.

This is a PLOY Criminals use all the time to ASSERT their INNOCENCE.

The Security CAPO went further to suggest how Dawood could have come across the BORDER by road undetected, sending SIGNALS that If the Alhaji wanted to SNEAK into Ghana, if he had Done something wrong, he did not have to come through the Airport in the GLARE of a Much Tighter and Alert Security.

From the Perspective of a CRIMINAL Investigator, I can SURMISE that the Alhaji was advised, as part of the Legal Strategy of his Lawyers, to return to Ghana in this manner to PLANT DOUBTS on the MINDS of those Pronouncing his Guilt. And this Security Chief had been PREPPED to go to town with this COCK and BULL Story, immediately the ALhaji's plane touched down, as Second STAGE of the Strategy.

But the WHOLE WORLD is WATCHING and will NOT Forgive Ghana if DOUBTS are MANUFACTURED and PLANTED and made a BASIS of Letting a DRUG BARON Off the HOOK. GHANA CANNOT BE WHITE-WASHED.

There is no expert in this world on security matters who will open his mouth to say 8 to 30% of drugs to Europe pass through Ghana when there has never been anything like that in the most advance countries to support that and when we have a lot of countries in the Caribean,Latin America,Central America,in Europe itself and many African countries which are tagged more infested drug destinations than Ghana and nowhere in this smart world you will hear even a dumbest security person talking on radio saying how a fugitive can escape arrest let alone a person who calls himself EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of an organization calling itself GOVERNANCE and SECURITY making such a statement.

If you consider that the man is a Nigerian, why would he return to Ghana, knowing that he was being wanted on drug charges. He had all the opportunity to hide in Nigerian un-noticed, so why has he returned? If you consider how drug pushers operate, I wouldn't be surprised that by now this man might have known whom his trial Judge is and might have already bribed him/her through his network of couriers, else, he wouldn't have so confidently returned to Ghana, knowing that he faces a long prison term.

Ghanaian's journalists should be ashamed for their unprofessionalism concerning the reportage on this man Alhaji Dawood with their bogus headlines. According to my investigation , the issue with Alhaji Dawood Lamid is a case of what we Yoruba people called "Ogun Alakoba" meaning to be involved in a problem in which one has no knowledge of. Alhaji Dawood met Rubi about 5 months ago at Accra Mall and they began an affair......fast forward to that Sunday morning, Alhaji Dawood was in Kumasi on that faithful day, he called the lady in the morning to check up on her, and during tne course of their conversation (which can be verify by the law enforcement agencies through the network provider) the lady informed Alhaji of her trip to London on that day and the man asked her to buy him some T-shirts on her way back to Ghana. Ignorantly, Alhaji decided to "show off" by offering her to use the VIP section of the airport through his connection. The conversation ended and alhaji Dawood placed the "unfortunate call" to his contact person and that was how Rubi was allowed to use the facility but without carrying a thing. Ever since the lady's arrest, the man has been doing his business as he has nothing to do with the case, nothing to hide. And he has been using the Airport to travel, recieving guests in which I am aware of. He used the same Airport to travel on a Bussiness trip to Abuja last week Monday and returned on Sunday night, drove himself to the BNI office to narrates the side of the story.
