Most of the weighing scales in the cocoa growing do not fall under what you describe. They have been tampered with and I know exactly what I am saying. If you dispute that try to visit any purchasing clerk unannounced and try the scale, you will be surprised to see how stiff they are. The purchasing clerks are killing our poor farmers. How can a purchasing clerk who does not own a cocoa farm make more money than a cocoa farmer at the end of the cocoa season? Just think about it.

know before you get to buy what the total amount on truck weighs..You must weigh truck empty then full with same amount of fuel and people in truck each time..that is how scrap metal is bought and sold in usa

in USA pumps are check 1 time or more per year by gov to see that if display days 5 gals pumped, that a 5 gal container is full. Also that dollar amount show is correct...If you feel that pump is wrong or water in fuel have g ...
