This guy's CV is not good enough to handle a National Team like the Black Stars. Chelsea was already a formidable
team on the brinks of winning the champions league when he was made a stand in manager, the two other manageri ...

You are very, my good friend. His style of play, very much like the English, does not also suit us.

    From $150,000 to $50,000?
I don't think he is coming back.

The greedy people at GFA told him "We'll let you know", but they'll not call him back.

They will keep Konadu, whom they're paying $10,000 a month.

    If he win ...

"$150,000 to $50,000? I don't think he is coming back.". You watch, he will be coming back. Israel will subsidize his pay and use him for political propaganda on the global stage on the back of Black Stars popularity. His off ...

Kwesi Nyantekyi can never ever justify to me why GFA should go for a white coach,or non Ghanaian coach.
I lost all respect for them when they, sacked Appiah. The least they could do was to get another coach, Konadu.
    All t ...

  • Ali, Toronto 9 years ago

How is he "one of the best coaches in the world"? What is your basis for saying that? Based on these credentials outlined here? We could give anybody a chance, i.e. try them and hope that it works, but ours should not be an e ...

    Serious waste of money.
How much does the nation's president whether ndc or npp get? After 41 years of hard work I got 4000 dollars as retirement benefits. At the moment it is all swallowed up by inflation and only God know ...

That is the sad aspect of our thinking as a people. We pump so much into the Black Stars yet have a single trophy to show after 32 years. If rich nations are spending so much on national team handlers, we just want to copy th ...

Time for Ghana to stop wasting money on football and focus on poverty and the filth across the country. We are fed up with this BS!

May God bless you. The nation is engulfed in one huge filth and being devastated by poverty and all we care about is Black Stars. And they have not won anything since 1982!

  • YES! 9 years ago

Sounds good to me, Ghfuo, that is, if Nyantekyi has already committed to a contract that he cannot back out of.

If the contract is for "COACH", then he can retract and offer "TECHNICAL DIRECTOR" to Grant.

    But if Grant ...

GFA is not part of the national budget, and you can't use GFA budget to pay nurses or for development projects. Don't confuse the issue. And this should NOT be a campaign for MAXWELL KONADU specifically.
