    This was expected to happened since the goverment refuse to train people in the petroleum industry before entering into business.
    Even how much does the Goverment of Ghana gain from the oil industry- "10%"

    The writer should give us specific figures or at lest give us salary ranges for both local workers and expatiates so that we can understand the situation better. Expats getting 800% more of what? obviously you are making more ...

    I am not against workers agitating for wage increase but sometimes we have to be fair with the expertrates.they have left their families and travelled to Ghana and some of them were paid in dollars in their home countries so ...

    They are pay according to standard of living in their countries. People from Japan and Switzerland get more pay then any other countries in the world. Although you are doing the same job. Ghanaian can retire and live on $400. ...

    The unions don't create jobs. They feed off workers contributions so workers need to watch them carefully n closely.
