The internet has been designed in such a way that law enforcement agencies can intercept and decrypt the traffic when needed. Therefore anybody with network access can intercept and decrypt the traffic. After Sept 11, 2001 these loopholes were made even easier.
With this fact in mind what should every wise nation do? The Ghana armed forces and the BNI should be present in all ISPs and communication companies to ensure that no one gets network access. Until this is done every one uses the internet at his or her own peril.
The national communication Authority has exhibited gross ineptitude in this regard.

However, I'm a little concerned that building a 3-bedroom house at East Legon in Accra would certainly be more expensive than building the same house at Kpone or somewhere else.
So, my question is this: If the annual winners deserve the same awards, wouldn't SAME CASH AWARDS be better than spending say $140,000 building a house in Accra, but only $60,000 building a similar house for the winner in his/her village in the Volta, Northern, Upper East/West, Brong/Ahafo, etc., etc., region?
Well, I think the bank (ADB) is smart enough to apportion the winning awards proportionately. So, for the winners, CONGRATULATIONS!! And for ADB, GOOD SHOWING of cooperate citizenship.
