  It is important to listen to both sides of the case before passing judgment.
  
  It will be too arbitrary and dictatorial to sit in your domain to pass judgment without hearing the other side of the story.
  
  Asantehene cannot be a judge in his own cause since he has already announced the destoolment of the Aduanahene.
  
  Asantehene can't preside over the case. One of the Chiefs has to be nomitated to preside over it

They have every right to destool the aduanahene. Kumawu aduanahene is under the domain of Asanteman. Therefore, Otumfuo and the Asanteman council can easily destool this aduanahene. Only kokofu and Kwabre Kenyase cannot be destooled easily by otumfuo in Asanteman, becuase the are Asantehene's themselves. Know the rules Aduanahene.

  I thought Aduanahene was smart enough to understand that, 'the applicants appealed to the Court of Appeal in Kumasi, to review the orders of the High Court' does not constitute injunction, neither does it mean that their motion which was booted out earlier by the lower court, has been granted by the Appeal court. Yes,the appeal is pending, yet it doesnt bar the installation of Kumawuhene in any way, by the rule of law.until the appeal courts overturn the decision of High court, the verdict holds. I would advise Joe, to find something better to explain himself, because the installation of Dr. Sarfo and his subsequent oath swearing at Manhyia, did not violate neither the laws of the land, nor the amammere of the Asante.

Let's cast our minds back to the time the late chief was enstooled, which was followed by the 'Y'ate asem', 'OH YES', 'OH NO', factions. Who suffered? The whole Kumawuman. Years of traditional dictatorship is long gone. For sanity, peace and development to reign, the Asantehene must rather seek a peaceful settlement between the factions. For at the end of the day, they will stay and rule for the development of the area. Enough of unwarranted litigations

  Otumfuo, Nana Asantehene, please settle Bompata chieftaincy dispute case. As a result of this inaction on the part of your Asanteman Council, the town has been left without a queen mother for several years now, while the current illegitimate chief who resides in Accra hardly visits the town.
  
  No wonder there is no development whatsoever going on in this town. Without vision, the people really perish, especially the youth of this town. Is this what the Asanteman Council wishes for the same people they are supposed to serve?
  
  It is amazing how we fail to correct injustice in our society as leaders even if our failure to do so is detrimental to the very society we are expected to serve; yet we cry out loud for justice when the matter at hand adversely concerns us.
  
  It is equally amazing to observe that cases brought before the Asanteman Council can drag for over 40 years without any attempt to call for settlement. Such gross inefficiencies definitely call for urgent need to reform the way the Asanteman Council operates.
