    quality
    meeting technical specifications
    price
    delivery time
    after sales service
    maintenance etc are some of the areas for consideration.

    They can be angry over the importation of the tables and not the chairs. None of them can mould those chairs, i guess they 've been around all this while the country has been importing common tooth pick.
