I agree with Justice Emile Short that the language used by GBA was inappropriate but at the same time, it is true that Afari Gyan's credibility was dented and the image of the Electoral Commission tarnished by what was revealed at the SC Presidential Petition hearing. If Afari Gyan could not define over-voting then why is he the Electoral Commissioner?

The GBA erred to have suggested the appointment of a new EC in advance when the existing one retires in 2015. That is against the constitution and it's sad that those who should be defending the constitution sought to undermine it. I hope they have learnt a lesson from this misguided and uncalled action.

Woyome has already been condemned by the supreme court as they have already ruled there was no contract, this court should be used as information gathering exercise to prosecute the government officials who assisted him. The PAC is now in a much better position to question Betty mould. She must go to Jail together with Barton oduro and the rest of the gang. The army if that's what it takes should step in to arrest all those involved including those whose ommission have resulted in the culprits walking around freely. This includes the president and the current AG. Betty must be prosecuted. There's no other option. Prosecute or be charged

I think Woyome was trying to use his last Con card on the Judge. He probably considered it, as his last option, to strike a bargain with the Judge and the Prosecution to possibly allow him to retain a lesser amount.

But I am glad the Judge did not budge. Surely, even the mere semblance of impropriety by the Judge in meeting Woyome in private is very untenable, and unacceptable to the incensed Public.

Woyome should simply throw in the towel, hand over our stolen money plus interest, and plead for mercy to save his himself from jail.

And, additionally, I say 'Kudos' to the Prosecutor, Obuobisa. She seems to have done well; at least, she seems to have done what the previous State Attorneys simply did not attempt to do as their responsibility.

We need our money now, like yesterday!!!
