  I think this is a good development. These MFIs should be phased out. The ones that want to survive should merge. Even the universal banks are so small and can't fund capital projects. I don't think any Ghanian bank is in Afri ...

  I think this is a good development. These MFIs should be phased out. The ones that want to survive should merge. Even the universal banks are so small and can't fund capital projects. I don't think any Ghanian bank is in Africa's top 30.
