    Even simple cataract operation that can be done at Korle-Bu, the Ghanaian elites would even go to shitty and dirty place like Indian to get it done.

    This story has no factual basis. I saw the Okyenhene on TV here in India. And he was commending a doctor for his advancement in eye surgery. The doctor intends to establish in Ghana.
