The contract was to refurbish the parliament and this has been on going for months but this idiot never complain knowing who was doing it but chose to make a political noise after the project is handed over to them,the contract did not say somebody must provide chairs while another person provides gadgets,the Chinese contractor decided to import the quality furniture from China,that is his business,it would have even cost tax payers more to get some shoddy work done by the so called local artisans.
