    I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT THE JUDGE WAS SAYING. A FOOTBALL COACH WAS BEING PAID 38,000 DOLLARS A MONTH YET WE HAVE NO MONEY TO BUY COMPUTERS FOR GHANA CIURTS IN 2014. IT IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST.

    Where was the case initially prior to it being transferred?
    Did they have those hiccups on the scale being experienced at the Cocoa Affairs court?
