Leadership is having a set criteria by which decision can be made and being decisive and prompt too at the end of that process. The way things are being done the GFA are losing the fans at a time when the fans demand assurance that they are committed to doing the right things having learnt from previous mistake, mishaps and misadventures.

To win afcon, Ghana must have a team with these qualities
1. Experience coach: the coach's relative experience must be at par or supercede that of his competitors in africa
2. Skillful Players: for when the game make hard like atwomo, tahweee!. U need skillful players, no fear niggas who can get the ball into the 18 with spectacular dribble, freekicks outside 18. U need more players like gyan,.Dede,.assifuah, yiadom....abedi (komfo, abodam, skillful players) who are willing to push the the envelope and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
3. Experience Players: the more experience players, the better your team will be at making it deep into the tournament with a clear head, composure when the going gets tough.
Folks, these are the 3 ingredients every trophy winning team must have to win a trophy. It's easy to.win afcon becos many African teams lack these 3 qualities. Shehata was able to win over and over becos his team always had these qualities...

He won the WAFU Cup and got to the Finals of the most recent CHAN Tournament held in South Africa. GHFUO, It looks like we are always willing to give foreigners the chance to trails but very quick to crucify our own.Nobody can bring Liberation to us except ourselves.

Can konadu take bstars to afcon and win a trophy? We need trophies! There are tons of national team coaches all over africa with more coaching experience than konadu. The changes team konadu coached couldn't score any goals from open play. Edusei,.a defender was the team's top goal scorer from penalties. Wei na konadu is taking to afcon? When his boss AA went to afcon with the same useless, lack of attacking bite, tactical team techniques. What happened?
Going forward, let konadu, Tetteh play second fiddle to a coach with foreign exposure. U see, swiss were the first team to come out with a blueprint to shut down messi at the wcup. Swiss lostbthe game by 1nil. Pont is a highly technical coach whom konadu, Tetteh can learn from. After 2 yrs, after konadu and Tetteh have used these techniques to gain successes with chan team, u20 etc. Then, you give either these 2 a shot at coaching gbstars. If you give konadu a chance now muahahahahaaaaaaa, mistakes nkoaa

You can the best players like grant had at chelsea. However, if you lack coaching brains you ain't going nowhere! So where will the money comes from? Paa Joe, gfa gets the most money if national teams succeed at tournaments. So if konadu, given his unripe, immature coaching brains won't be successful.
